A weekly fee allows unlimited access to the Community Building, housing a heated swimming pool, spa, gymn, library and cafe. It covers rates, dwelling insurance and ongoing maintenance of home exteriors, lawns and gardens as well as monitored security and 24hour access to a Registered Nurse.
